Rental Period
Chauffeur driven rentals are for 12 hours per day. The duration of the rental starts and ends according to the agreed start time, date, and entry on the rental agreement or booking voucher (or application).
Time & Mileage Rental
The calculation of the rental charges starts from the time of vehicle dispatch until its return. A rental includes 12 hours/day for chauffeur service, parking, and other standard agreed operational costs.
Mileage Charges
All mileage charges commence when the vehicle departs from the Al Madad Rent a Car head office (16-D Commercial DHA EME, Lahore) and conclude upon its return to base.
Kilometre Charges
Per-kilometre charges will be calculated on the prevailing market price of fuel. Fuel prices may vary from time to time; Al Madad Rent a Car reserves the right to adjust fuel calculation based on prevailing fuel market rates.
Day/Tenure Specific Rental
A rental includes daily chauffeur service, parking, and other agreed operational costs as defined in the quotation or booking agreement.
Chauffeur Rest
The chauffeur must be provided with adequate rest breaks and meal times. Should the service exceed 12 hours per day, a minimum rest period of 8 consecutive hours must be granted within each 24-hour cycle. This is a mandatory safety requirement to protect passengers and prevent fatigue-related accidents.
Driving Speed
The chauffeur will drive at a reasonable, lawful speed, based on the judgment of road conditions, weather, and motorway traffic regulations at any given time. Under no circumstances should the chauffeur be pressurized by the client to exceed legal speed limits.
As a Customer
You have the right to file a complaint regarding the driver's service, vehicle cleanliness, or driving conduct. However, you are not permitted to mistreat the chauffeur directly or compel them to act against traffic laws or company policy under any circumstances.
Payment
The following forms of payment are accepted at our office (16-D Commercial DHA EME, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan):
- Cash on Delivery / Pickup
- Direct Bank Account Wire Transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Online Invoicing
- Company crossed cheques (for registered corporate accounts)
Advance booking confirmation fee or credit verification may be required for high-tier luxury and armoured vehicles.
Changes to your Booking
Subject to availability, certain changes to your booking can be made by contacting the Al Madad Rent a Car office via phone or WhatsApp at +92 300 8563698.
Changes before the start of your rental
Subject to fleet availability, the following changes may be made before the agreed rental start time:
- Pickup or drop-off location
- Start date/time / return date
- Vehicle model or category
Changes after Vehicle has been collected
Subject to availability, you may extend the end date and time of your rental after service collection by providing advance notice to our dispatch team.
Please note:
- If you decide to cancel or shorten your booking without reasonable notice, standard cancellation charges may apply.
- If the rental is extended beyond the initial agreement, you will be charged for additional hours at agreed standard hourly rates.
- If the updated booking cost is less, no refund will be issued for unutilized time unless mutually authorized.
- If a vehicle is booked for an extended period to avail of a discount but is returned early, the rental will be recalculated according to the standard non-discounted daily rate.
Cancellation
If you cancel your rental reservation, cancellation charges may apply based on notice duration. For reservations cancelled due to unforeseeable events beyond control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, state-wide road closures by public authorities, war, riots, civil commotion, or terrorism), Al Madad Rent a Car may at its discretion issue a credit voucher or refund subject to reasonable administrative fees.
Vehicle Availability
Al Madad Rent a Car will make every effort to provide the specified vehicle requested. However, for exceptional operational reasons, an alternative vehicle of equal or upgraded category may be supplied. Requests for specific colors will be accommodated subject to showroom availability.
Vehicle Condition, Cleanliness & Belongings
- All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel (or agreed level) and must be returned in the same condition. Refueling charges will apply if returned below level.
- The customer is responsible for any damage caused to vehicle interior by passengers (smoking, upholstery tears, beverage spills).
- Al Madad Rent a Car accepts no responsibility for any items left behind or luggage lost in the vehicle. Personal belongings and luggage are not insured and clients are advised to exercise care with their property.
- For any rare self-drive rentals: Hirer must possess a valid original computerized CNIC and valid driving license.
Additional Charges
- Toll taxes, parking fees, and traffic fines incurred through customer directives are to be borne by the hiring party.
- For multi-day or out-of-station intercity operations, chauffeur daily food/lodging allowance will be billed unless accommodation is provided by the client.
- Vehicles are delivered in showroom clean condition; a detailing fee will apply if the vehicle is returned excessively soiled.
- Clients must notify Al Madad Rent a Car before traveling to out-of-city areas. If a vehicle is taken to another city without authorization, intercity protocol tariffs and surcharge will apply immediately.
